M82 X-2's orbital decay indicates large mass transfer
Again on the Ultraluminous pulsar, M82 X-2. New observations are able to measure a change of orbital period to great precision, and to show that the orbit is shrinking by more than 30 km per year. This might mean that the pulsar is stripping matter from the companion at more than 1.5 Earths per year!
